Our Shipping Policy

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 14 DAYS FOR  WORLDWIDE DELIVERY. This provides us sufficient time to pack your order and ensure all the correct documentation has been included. Singapore & Malaysia should expect approx 7 days for delivery

We ship all orders via Courier in padded envelopes or cardboard boxes depending on the size of the order. As soon as we receive your order it is issued an individual barcode for status and order management, a copy of which will be received in your order confirmation email. As soon as your order is dispatched you will also receive  a 13 digit tracking/reference number

To avoid unnecessary communication, please note the following:

1. We do not ship by standard registered mail.
2. International orders may take up to 14 days to be delivered.
3. We do not rush ship orders under any circumstances.
4. Exact status of  your order can be monitored via your individual account panel

Information about Customs.
Unless advised otherwise we will declare the contents of every package and your parcel may be subject to custom checks. We cannot be held responsible for any import duties, tax or customs seizure.

Shipping Insurance.
All  mail is insured by the courier to the value stated on the package. Should your order be lost or damaged in transit you will be re-reimbursed by the courier as per their own terms and conditions.  As an alternative and  by agreement the order will be replaced in full by ourselves if possible.

Returns & Exchanges including Authenticity Disputes.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However there are a number of reasons that an amulet may be returned, not least of which is the issue of authenticity. For Additional information please take time to read our Returns Policy and Guideline
